Head of Maintenance
(Mechanical & Electrical)
We are currently hiring a highly experienced Head of Maintenance to lead our Mechanical and Electrical maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. The role is critical to ensuring plant reliability, operational efficiency, and safety compliance.
Job Location
Multan Rd, Sarfraz Nagar, Sector 2, Phool Nagar, 55260
Working Hours
Monday to Saturday — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
• Lead Mechanical and Electrical maintenance teams and daily operations.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
• Ensure optimal equipment availability and minimize downtime.
• Supervise utilities, generators, compressors, and electrical systems.
• Establish SOPs, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Control maintenance costs and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate closely with production and engineering departments.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvement actions.
• Ensure statutory, safety, and quality compliance.
• Train and mentor technical staff.
Reports & Documentation
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.
• Track equipment downtime, MTTR/MTBF, and maintenance KPIs.
• Maintain breakdown analysis and corrective-action logs.
• Present cost-control and budget-utilization reports to management.
• Keep updated records of spare parts, AMC contracts, and service schedules.
• Support audits and regulatory inspections with proper documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Extensive knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems in industrial settings.
• Proven expertise in preventive maintenance programs.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and maintenance planning.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
• 5- 8 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry (preferred).
• Prior experience in a senior-level maintenance position will be highly valued.
