HR Executive


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage labour hiring, onboarding, employee documentation, statutory compliance, time-office operations, and Industrial Relations activities. The role will also support day-to-day HR functions at the plant/site level.

Monday to Saturday — 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities
Recruitment & Labor Hiring
• Manage labor and staff hiring in coordination with departmental heads.
• Coordinate interviews, trade tests, and hiring approvals.
• Maintain recruitment records and manpower trackers.
Onboarding & Employee Support
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Handle employee queries regarding policies, attendance, leave, and benefits.
• Ensure all joining formalities are completed properly.
Employee Documentation & Files
• Create, maintain, and update complete employee files (CNIC copies, contracts, academic documents, photographs, forms).
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in both physical and digital systems.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at all times.
• Prepare appointment, confirmation, transfer, and exit letters.
Statutory & Compliance Matters
• Manage EOBI registrations and monthly submissions.
• Handle Social Security and PESSI registrations and records.
• Coordinate with labor departments and inspectors during audits.
Attendance & Time Office Management
• Oversee attendance systems and time-office operations.
• Track overtime, shifts, leaves, and absenteeism.
• Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
Industrial Relations & labor Law Compliance
• Manage Industrial Relations matters at site level.
• Handle labor issues, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
• Support management during inspections, inquiries, and legal proceedings.
HR Operations & Reporting
• Generate HR reports including headcount, hiring status, turnover, and absenteeism.
• Coordinate payroll data with Accounts.
• Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities.

Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of Pakistan labor laws and Industrial Relations practices.
• Proven experience handling IR matters and labor inspections.
• Hands-on exposure to EOBI, Social Security, and PESSI.
• Proficiency in ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or ERP-based HR software.
• Strong documentation and filing skills.
• Good command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Effective communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage site-level HR operations independently.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
